ZongXiang export a batch of 24kg steel rail to Indonesia

Henan Zongxiang Heavy Industry Import & Export Co., Ltd., commonly known as ZongXiang, a prominent Chinese manufacturer and exporter of railway materials, has recently completed another significant export deal by shipping a batch of high-quality 24kg/m light steel rails to Indonesia. This shipment underscores the company's growing footprint in Southeast Asia's expanding infrastructure sector.

ZongXiang, established in 1997 as a subsidiary of Zhongxiang Steel Group, specializes in producing and supplying various steel rails, including light rails, heavy rails, crane rails, and related accessories. With over two decades of experience, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering durable, standards-compliant products to global markets, including mining, industrial, and railway projects. Their rails are manufactured using premium carbon structural steel or alloys like Q235 and 55Q, ensuring excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, fatigue strength, and corrosion resilience—critical features for demanding environments.

The 24kg/m steel rail, also referred to as P24 light rail, is a versatile product in ZongXiang's lineup. Weighing 24.95 kg per meter, it typically measures 6-12 meters in length per piece and features a head width of approximately 51 mm and height of 107 mm. This rail type is ideal for light-duty applications, such as factory internal tracks, small-tonnage cranes (5-10 tons), mining transport lines, temporary construction site railways, and low-speed urban or industrial systems. It serves as an upgrade from lighter 8-18kg rails while offering cost-effective performance compared to heavier variants.
