1.        Select the appropriate pressure mold according to the bending force required for the work.

2.        Before the formal bending, it is necessary to check again whether the workpiece number and size match the drawing, and whether the blank has a burr that affects the pressing quality. For larger components, it is not necessary to install a stop that can adjust the positioning. If the deviation is found, the position of the stop should be adjusted in time.

3.        After the change, the first-time extruded component must be inspected. After passing the continuous pressing work, attention should be paid to the intermediate sampling test.
