The standard length of rail: 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5m
The permissible error of rail length +500mm
The lateral curvature per meter of rail shall not be greater than 1.5mm?the total curvature must not be greater than 8mm
The total curvature of upper and lower direction of the rail shall not be greater than 6mm
The rail end shall be bent 05m not greater than 1mm
The rail torsion shall not be greater than the length of the rail 1/10000
The cross section of the rail and the vertical axis is not symmetry?rail bottom shall not be greater than 2mm?rail head shall not be greater than 0.6mm
The bottom of the rail should not be dented
The tensile strength of steel rail is not less than 90kg/mm2
Type to choose:
(1) Single and Double Beam
Normally, the weight is below 50t, the span is within 35m, no special use requirement, it is advisable to choose the type of single girder.
(2) Span
The span of gantry crane is an important factor affecting the quality of crane
Matters need attention:
(1)Each crane must have a signage of weight rated in an obvious place
(2)No one is allowed to transport people on the bridge during work
(3)You are not allowed to drive a crane without an operation license or a drink
(4)We must carefully at work, no talking, no smoking and don’t do someting is useless.
(5)The car must be clean, do not leave about equipment, tools, inflammable goods, explosive goods and dangerous goods
(6)The crane is not allowed to use the overcharge
