The length of QU100 crane rail: 12m/rot, 12.5m/root.

About crane rail:

It is used as a special section rail for crane and trolley, the standard length is 9, 915, 10, 1015, 11, 1115, 12, 1215. Common specification: QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120, the figure following QU indicates the width of the track head. Railway rail can be divided into heavy rail and light rail, the rail specifications are expressed in nominal weight per meter. Heavy rail is the weight more than 30kg/m. The standard length have two specifications, 12150m and 25100m. Light rail is the weight not more than 30kg/m, common length is 5-12m. The steel of light rail is killed steel of ordinary carbon structure and semikilled steel. The precautions in the welding process of crane rail:

In the welding of each layer, especially at each layer of welding wave at the bottom of the welded rail, should use one root to weld, avoid current interruption through use welding rod, the welding direction of the two - layer welding waves shall be the opposite, welding of each joint shall be continuous, to keep the end of the rail head at a higher temperature(300??350?).
