Welded rail clamp is one of rail clamps, which is a welded rail fixture. Its function is to compress and fix the rail, which is usually welded on I-beams and sometimes used on embedded concrete steel plates. Each set of rail pressing device includes base, upper cover, through pin, screw and elastic bottom plate.

In order to ensure the quality of the rail clamp, there are strict requirements for materials in the manufacturing and processing process, and its technical conditions meet the standards. The pressing plate is made of carbon steel castings or segmented cast steel, and its mechanical properties meet the requirements of rail presses. The elastic plate is made of composite rubber plate, and the rubber plate is made of oil-resistant rubber, and its performance meets the standard of composite vulcanized rubber plate.

In order to achieve the desired effect, in addition to ensuring the quality of the rail press, it is also necessary to master the correct installation method and comply with its installation requirements.

Everyone may not be familiar with the crane. The crane is similar to what we call the crane, which is widely used in the storage industry. In order to make the running of the train more efficient, the track press plays an important role on the train track. Due to the long working time and frequent starting and stopping of daily work, it is difficult to adjust the hydraulic brake to a synchronous state, which is easy to cause parking deflection and generate large torque. Under direct long-term action, the bolts are easily loosened or even damaged. The rail clamp can make up for this deficiency, and the T-bolt is used to cover the base groove to buffer torque and ensure the normal tightening of the rail press. The rail clamp plays a very important role on the running track, but at the same time it also improves the service life of the train, which is of great significance. The rail pressure device is sometimes used on the train track. The use of the rail pressure device greatly guarantees the safe running of the train and greatly improves the stability of the train track.

There are two types of rail clamp, ductile iron and cast steel.

Standard for cast steel rail clamp:

(1) The material of the upper cover, base, and adjustment plate is ZG270-500. It should meet the requirements of 5676-85. It adopts lost wax precision casting. Class II quality, and the dimensional deviation meets the requirements of JZ67-2 II accuracy.

(2) The bolts and nuts are Q235BF steel processing parts, the mechanical properties and chemical composition of GB700-88 regulations, the surface accuracy of the bolts is 12.5, and the nuts conform to the regulations of GB 6170-86.

(3) The material of the flat washer is Q235AF steel, which should meet the requirements of GB97.1-85

(4) The spring washer is made of 65Mn or 60si2Mn steel, which should meet the requirements of GB93-87.
