The standard of 24kg steel rail: YB222-63, GB11264-89.

The appearance quality requirements of steel rail:

1, The steel rail after rolling shall be straight, and shall not be significantly bent and twisted. For the local bending and torsion of the weight rail and the correction of the deformation, the slope of the rail end shall not exceed the standard.

2, The surface of the steel rail should be clean and smooth, no cracks, scarring, scratches, etc.The end face must not have the retractable mark and the interlayer.The defects and the degree of geometry of the overall surface of the weight rail shall not exceed the standard.
