Elimination of stress heat treatment(flame heating)

It is an important measure to improve the welding quality after the welding finish of the rail end, for low temperatures such as winter construction, the track of welding, this measure must be adopted; All the stress heat treatments are heated by gas welding nozzle around the rail head, rail waist and rail bottom, as far as possible, the whole section of the track should be heated evenly, and special attention should be paid to the heating quality at the bottom of the rail. Eliminating stress of heat treatment temperature of 620 ? ~ 650 ?, from the weld center is 40 mm as eliminating stress of heat treatment on both sides of the scope;After the temperature of stress heat treatment is achieved, the temperature must be guaranteed to be at least 20 ~ 30min, and it can be wrapped in a needle-punched blanket, which can be cooled and cooled until normal temperature.
