The rails are polished by grinding machines or grinding trains to the top of the rail. Take the most efficient and most widely used rail grinding car as an example: train drive polishing machine travel on the railway tracks at a walking speed, forming grinding head relative feed movement of the rails, vertical standing and direct drive motor polishing wheel rotation, impose some downward pressure on grinding head at the same time, in order to realize the pressure on the tracks from grinding and polishing.
