The exported batch consists of 15kg per meter light steel rails manufactured from 55Q-grade carbon steel, a material prized for its balanced strength, ductility, and cost-effectiveness. With a carbon content of approximately 0.55%, 55Q steel offers superior tensile strength (minimum 550 MPa) and excellent wear resistance, making it ideal for light-duty rail applications such as mining tracks, temporary construction railways, and industrial sidings. Each rail section measures 6 meters in length, with precise dimensional tolerances ensuring seamless fishplate connections and stable track geometry.

This shipment, totaling 500 metric tons, was meticulously packed in bundled sets of 10 rails per bundle, secured with high-tensile steel straps and protected by anti-corrosion coatings.
