The KWPY-300 is a high-performance horizontal hydraulic rail bending machine designed primarily for bending and straightening various types of railway rails (from 24 kg/m to 75 kg935/m), including standard rails, tongue rails, and wing rails. With a maximum rated bending force of 3000 kN (approximately 300 tons) and a working pressure of 52 MPa, the machine delivers exceptional power while maintaining precise control. Its dual-cylinder synchronous operation and working stroke of 420 mm enable efficient processing of long rail sections in both vertical and horizontal orientations.

What sets the KWPY-300 apart is its versatility. Equipped with specialized tooling, it can also bend steel plates up to 400 mm wide and 80 mm thick, as well as H-beams and U-shaped steel arches commonly used in mining and tunneling support systems. The exported batch was customized according to the client’s specific requirements. The machines feature enhanced corrosion-resistant coatings suitable for Colombia’s diverse tropical and high-altitude environments, upgraded electrical systems compliant with local voltage standards, and Spanish-language operation interfaces and technical documentation. ZongXiang also provided comprehensive after-sales support, including online installation guidance, remote troubleshooting, and a two-year warranty with readily available spare parts.
