At the beginning of September, we have shipped a batch of ASCE60 rail to Tema Ghana.

The customer comes from Burkina Faso. He is a middleman to sell steel rail and supply steel rail for mining companies. And he used to import bearing from China.

Burkina Faso is a country located in the east of Africa. Its local language is France. We talked to this customer using English together with France. Although it is a developing country, Burkina Faso has great potential in industrial materials import. And it mainly imports the industrial raw material from China. We pay attention to this customer and communicate with him about the specification. We can supply China standard steel rail 30kg/m, which has the similar size with ASCE60 rail. So we send the drawing of gb 30kg steel rail to him. He said that’s same. The customer initially inquired us at 23:12pm in Beijing time. We originally planed to quote him the next day, but he said it was too late. In order to provide warm service for our guests, our sales stayed up to calculate the FOB price for him. Because of the jet lag with foreign countries, our sales often need to deal with work in the midnight and early morning. But we still try our best to solve customers’ problems and answer their questions asap. Our company culture is to put clients first.
