Feactures:

(1)   The CGWK base plate adopts two-sided side welding or three-sided welding and welding on the upper flange of the rigid crane beam, which can ensure that the horizontal force of the crane is smoothly and evenly transmitted to the crane beam, and avoids the defect of a large number of holes in the upper flange of the crane beam.

(2)   The CGWK base plate and the upper gusset plate are connected by a ball hinge. Therefore, under the action of the horizontal horizontal force, the deflection is allowed, which can reduce the damage caused by the lateral impact of the crane to the crane beam and braking system.

(3)   The CGWK base is about 1mm away from the bottom of the track, which plays a good role in restricting the left and right movement of the track.

(4)   CGWK uses special bolts to make the fixed parts more reasonable, and free the upper cover to be disassembled and rotated, which provides extremely convenient conditions for construction, installation and maintenance.

(5)   The integral fixing parts are made of low-alloy high-strength steel. M20, 8.8-strength bolt tightening torque is 220N.m, and the maximum lateral force that bears the action and each wheel pressure is 65KN.
